Paradise Ridge and Canyon Ridge Projects

Located near Paradise Hills Park in historic National City, Paradise Ridge was a $25 Million single family subdivision development that was eventually sold between 2005 to 2006. The Triwest Group was involved every phase of development; from the actual entitlements and city approval through marketing, sales and financing.


This project was originally a 43-single family home subdivision before it was changed to 37 in the final map to better accommodate the yard and lot configurations. The homes included three floor plans from three to four bedrooms with two and a half baths and two car garages. Placed in contemporary Mediterranean style, Paradise Ridge was a successful project in an infill neighborhood setting that offered many opportunities for first-time home buyers and growing families. With heavy tile roofs, colorful stucco exteriors and arched entryway, these single-family homes are located in close proximity to shopping centers, parks and schools.
